Meet Eva

I help individuals, parents, and leaders cultivate relational intelligence—the capacity to connect deeply with themselves, others, and the larger field of life.

Drawing on my cross-cultural background, training in ICF-certified professional coaching methods (Co-Active, Dandelion Family Coaching), and years of facilitation at the intersection of leadership, consciousness, and systems change, I bring a presence-based, art-infused approach to transformation.

My work integrates embodiment, creative expression, and field attunement to heal relationships, build trust, and unlock new possibilities in both personal and organizational contexts.

What I Offer

  • Relational Coaching – 1:1 sessions and group circles that restore inner coherence, strengthen relationships, and support life transitions.

  • Parenting as a Path – conscious parenting coaching that blends inner work with practical tools to nurture families.

  • Leadership & Field Consulting – guidance for leaders, teams, and founders to foster trust, creativity, and collective coherence.

On paper, I have two decades of experiences in business journalism, investment consulting, CSR, and social innovation across Shanghai, New York, DC, and Silicon Valley.

In reality, I’m a curious human who never quite fit into the boxes—so I started making my own ;).

I believe that inner work is outer work (think mobius strip).

Once upon a time I was a journalist chasing stories in and across China and the U.S.,from the Beijing regulator’s office to Wall Street backchannels, from coal mines in Mongolia to abandoned pumpjacks in Xinjiang.

I’ve lived and reported on both sides of the geopolitical love-hate saga, I’ve seen enough headlines, PowerPoints, protests, and policy shifts to know that real transformation does not happen with quarterly earnings, five-year plans, or social movements alone.

From journalism, I went into the world of social innovation—designing/managing/advising projects meant to make systems better, more humane, wiser.

All of the above led me to believe one thing: systems won’t shift unless the people in them do.
